Our machinery also allows us to offer the following services:

  • impregnation / starch-glue coatings (hot paste)
  • impregnation / synthetic coatings (cold paste)
  • waterproof impregnation / coatings according to the required water column
  • fireproof impregnation / coatings according to the required degree of resistance
  • transparent impregnation and various hardening treatments
  • coatings from paste, both air-drying and anti-curling water-based products. Acrylate, styrene-butadiene acrylate, polyurethane and their mixtures according to customer requirements and parameters
  • thermofixation at temperatures up to 220 °C
  • cold and hot calendering of fabrics (metal/plastic rollers) up to a width of 160 cm
  • Fabric finishing (cleaning of raw fabrics, final finishing of fabrics, shirting fabrics)
  • we adjust the fabric up to a width of 210 cm according to requirements
  • dyeing fabrics up to 210 cm wide
  • At the client's request, we perform adjustments, large-scale winding, and trimming of fabrics into various types of rolls and various diameters (sizes)
  • performance of relevant laboratory tests (issuing of certificates)
